(ECNL-RL) is part of the broader ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) structure, which is one of the top youth soccer platforms in the country. ECNL-RL offers a highly competitive environment for players and teams who are looking for strong competition and development opportunities. For many families, ECNL-RL provides a great balance of high-level play, exposure to college recruiting, and manageable travel and time commitments compared to other elite leagues. It’s a solid option for players who are serious about soccer and want to compete at a high level while still having flexibility to pursue other interests.

The Union 10 FC ECNL-RL program is designed for boys and girls ages 12 to 18 who are seeking first-class development and competitive soccer. As part of the ECNL Regional League, players compete at a high level within the ECNL structure, offering exposure to quality competition, college recruiting opportunities, and a clear pathway for continued growth in the game.
Participation in the program begins with a required evaluation process to ensure players are placed appropriately for personalized development, both on and off the field.
Training & Locations
Players train three times per week, with each session lasting 90 minutes. Training alternates between Trione Sports Complex in Daphne and the Mobile County Soccer Complex in Mobile, giving players access to quality facilities and varied training environments. Sessions are focused on technical skill-building, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and social development, using best-practice methods tailored to youth athletes.

Players need to have the following equipment for the season:
• Soccer Cleats
• Soccer Ball (Use this guide for the appropriate size needed)
• Shin Guards
• Water Bottle
• Black Soccer Shorts for training and games
• Soccer Socks, for training, to be worn over shin guards
Cost includes registration, insurance, training top, league, tournament fees and coaching.

Spring 2024 Schedules
In addition to the State League, Snap Playdates, and Tournaments, individual team coaches may schedule friendly matches with other clubs to maximize playing opportunities.
