Our Wee Kickers Program is exclusively for 3 and 4-year-old children. This is the youngest group within our Pre Academy training. Our mission is to teach, train, motivate, and inspire a love for soccer in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.

The program will have weekly evening sessions where our experienced coaching staff focuses on introducing motor development skills, spatial awareness, and learning within a soccer context. While encouraging parent involvement, we also promote independent exploration as Wee Kickers are challenged by puzzles using Guided Discovery coaching, culminating each session with a unique game tailored to their perspective.

We believe, at this age, fostering an active engagement in sport is the primary goal, and we appreciate your trust in making your child’s Wee Kicker soccer experience a memorable one.

A Union 10 FC training top will be issued to players shortly after the initial practices begin.

Players are encouraged to have the following equipment for the season:

• Soccer Cleats

• Size 3 Soccer Ball (Use this guide for the appropriate size needed)

• Shin Guards

• Water Bottle

• Shorts for training

• Soccer Socks, for training, to be worn over shin guards
